Salt Water Granola- Native nuts and berries W/ Strawberry Hum clustered oats W/ overnight soaked coyo yoghurt steel cut porridge in a coconut bowl.
Organic scrambled eggs, topped with “Mooloo” Spanner crab, on a house made hash brown, dusted W/ Saltbush, Tassie Pepperberry, Native spices & topped W/ pickled Pigface.
Bush-honey & cinnamon Myrtle waffle, smeared W/ sugared Davidson Plums topped W/ kaffer & dessert lime Ice-Cream
