Mums Get Active Postnatal Pilates is a slow and controlled Pilates based class for mother's post childbirth. Bring your baby along and they can be involved or have a roll around or sleep during the class.

Some important things to note:

Registration in advance is essential.
As the class is hosted in a PCYC building, PCYC membership is required - $30 for an annual membership and will allow you access to other PCYC programs - PCYC Marrickville - Home Page (pcycnsw.org.au). First class is free.
Registering for the class is agreeing to the fact that you are physically capable of participating in exercise. If you are unsure, please speak to your doctor.
Bring a water bottle.
Bring a yoga mat or towel.
Arrive 5 minutes early to allow you to get setup before class.
