Calling all pregnant mums and those navigating their first year of motherhood 🤍

Join us for a relaxed morning of connection, support, and honest conversation with other mums who understand the joys and challenges of pregnancy and early motherhood.

This month, we're excited to welcome Alex McNeill, founder of HER MODE - a holistic app designed to support women through postpartum and early motherhood. Alex will share practical insights into pregnancy, postpartum recovery, rebuilding strength, navigating the mental load, and reconnecting with yourself. She'll also guide us through some pregnancy and postpartum-friendly exercises, so we encourage you to wear activewear or comfortable clothing you can move in. Participation is completely optional, and the movements will be gentle and suitable for all fitness levels.

Whether you're hoping to make new mum friends, learn something new, ask questions, or simply enjoy some time in a supportive community, this morning is for you.

✨ Tickets are just $15 and include light refreshments. Bring your little one, wear something comfortable, and join us for a welcoming morning of movement, connection, encouragement, and community. 🤍
