Calling all pregnant mums and those navigating their first year of motherhood

Join us for a relaxed morning of connection, support, and honest conversation with other mums who understand the joys, challenges and big feelings that come with pregnancy and early motherhood.

This month, we’re excited to welcome Penny Jones, Tassie’s only accredited Matrescence Coach. Penny supports mamas through the big, beautiful and often messy transition into motherhood. She’s also a nervous system educator, yoga teacher, recovering do-too-mucher, and solo mama to a wild-haired little boy.

Penny is passionate about bringing mamas together to explore how we live and mother from a place of wholeness, in a world that can make that pretty darn hard. 🤍

During the session, Penny will share more about matrescence, the physical, emotional, psychological and identity changes we experience as we transition into motherhood. She’ll also lead some simple exercises to help us stay connected to ourselves through this huge transition.

There’ll be space to share your own experiences, ask questions, and have honest conversations with other mums.

Because matrescence is BIG and sometimes simply talking about it can make all the difference.

Whether you’re hoping to make new mum friends, understand yourself a little more, share your experience, or simply enjoy some time in a supportive community, this morning is for you.
