Mums, Music & Mini Movers
Description
Join us for a fun and informative morning at My First Gym Hawthorne in collaboration with Looking Who’s Talking Occupational Therapy and Social Mum’s Club.
Children will enjoy a coach-led obstacle course, music and movement activities, while parents learn how strength, coordination, rhythm, and play-based movement build the foundations for everyday skills like dressing, handwriting, and learning new activities.
Our Occupational Therapist and Music Therapist will share practical, playful strategies you can use at home to support your child’s development.
A supportive, social morning of play, learning, and connection for children aged 8 months – 5 years, with light refreshments provided.

I'm confident you'll enjoy the Social Mums Club Experience.
Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
We have really clear signage, and the host wears pink so you can easily spot her - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
