Will keep the same location for a month at Riverdale Park, then we will change to a new location in November.

Looking for a reason to get out of the house, move your body and meet other mums who just get it? Join us for a relaxed social walk where the focus isn’t on speed or fitness—it’s on connection, fresh air, and a little “me time” (with the littles ones welcome too!).

We’ll take an easy-paced walk that’s perfect for prams, carriers or just strolling side by side. Think laughter, chats, and a chance to recharge while making new mum friends in your local community.

We will meet at 9:30am in the carpark and start the walk from there at 9:45am. The route takes about 30 minutes, so depending how everyone is feeling, we can either leave it at that, or double the loop for a little extra movement.

Registration is essential to ensure we know there are attendees and to communicate if there are any issues on the day.

We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group.
