Ever thought about trying a gym but felt a little hesitant or intimidated? You’re not alone! That’s exactly why we created this event to give you the opportunity to trial a session with other new mums! 🩷

Please ensure you are registering for yourself and any children that you may be bringing along (for creche purposes)

At Atora, they’re all about making fitness friendly, fun, and judgment free. But also about building your own like minded community, and this could be for you too!

Join us for a special free session designed to help you dip your toes in, move your body, and most importantly, enjoy yourself.

We’ll kick things off with a fun and energising fit workout that’s perfect for all fitness levels (just take it at your own pace 💪🏽).

Afterwards, treat yourself to a well earned coffee catch up over at The Foxy Cafe ☕ The perfect chance to relax, chat, and connect with other amazing local mums.

Registration is essential to ensure we know there are attendees and to communicate if there are any issues on the day.

We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group.
