Walk Teneriffe to New Farm with the Bulimba mums!

Let's go for a river walk with both the Bulimba & Surrounds mums & the Newstead & Surrounds mums!

We will meet by 9:50am at the Teneriffe Ferry terminal, then will combine with the Bulimba mums after their short ferry ride across the river to meet us. We will walk along the river to New Farm Park and along the way we will stop for coffee at one of the cafe's. Once we return to Teneriffe Ferry terminal we will farewell the Bulimba mums finish up our time together.

Date: Wednesday 10th September
Time: Meet by 9:50am at the Teneriffe ferry (New Farm & Surrounds mums), where the Bulimba mums will join us. Start walking at approx. 10am or once everyone arrives. We will aim to be back at Teneriffe Ferry terminal around 11:30am to say our goodbyes.

Where: New Farm mums meet at the Teneriffe Ferry Terminal

Where are we going: We will walk along the river from Teneriffe up to New Farm Park and back. Each way takes 30 mins at a normal walking pace. We will stop for a takeaway coffee or refreshment along the way.

Caron will meet the Bulimba crew and & Samantha will meet the Newstead crew. They will both be in their Pink SMC tees! 

I understand that by registering to this event I am aware that there may be photos taken of attendees. It is my responsibility exclude myself from any images taken if I don’t want my image to be used for the purposes of display, publicity and in promotional materials by Social Mums Club. This includes print and online platforms including newsletters, social media and websites.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…

• We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group

• We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group

• Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone

• You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit/walk next to the host too.

• We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
