Mama Connect Walk'n'Talk

• Are you expecting a baby and/or have a young child?
• Would you like an easy way to meet and connect with other women like you?
• Would you like a safe space to chat about what it means to become and be a mum (beyond the birth and parenting tips)?

Then join us for a casual walk and gathering at Lake Burley Griffin!

Come along to:

• Meet a few other mums as you get some fresh air and gentle exercise
• Connect with people who've been through it already (or are going through it like you)
• Ask questions and talk about your experiences without fear of judgement or unwarranted advice
• Make the journey a little easier for other mums/ mums-to-be

We'll spend about 45 minutes walking (at your own pace) and then come together for a cuppa, snack and chat at the end.

Babies and children welcome AND if you can make this time for yourself and leave the kids at home, that's also encouraged :)
