Murder at the Monster Mash

This Halloween season, step inside Fairfield House for a glamorous night of masks, mayhem, and mystery… but beware: someone won’t make it out alive.

Step inside Fairfield House, where the who’s who of Nelson’s past and present come together: the Wisp of the Brook, the lost fisherman of Haulashore Island, the Orchard Witch of Appleby, the Madam of the Melrose brothel, and even the humpback of the Cathedral. The ghost of Lord Nelson might even make an appearance. It’s a Monster Mash of Nelson legends, icons, and scandals — each with secrets worth killing for.

Expect outrageous costumes, latex scars, devious disguises, plenty of laughs, and one deliciously dark puzzle to solve before the night is through.

🎭 Each guest will be sent a bespoke character and secret instructions for the evening.
🎟 Ticket sales close two days before the event so we can assign and send every participant their character in time to plan a costume.
🧛 Costumes are strongly encouraged — they heighten immersion and participation for everyone.
📩 INDIVIDUAL Participants will also be emailed to confirm their preferred level of interactivity, so you can engage in a way that feels comfortable and fun.
