Cancellation of Tickets and or Accommodation Purchased:-
For all bookings we require payment in full. Your payment is non-refundable, but is wholly transferrable to another date (subject to availability and conditions) this is provided that cancellation occurs no later than fourteen (14) days prior to your reservation, cancellation must be made via email:- info@peelmanorhouse.com.au.Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received. An administration cancellation charge will apply to each ticket/room booked
No shows and cancellations during the 14 day period or on the night forfeit all monies paid.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:-
Should the Event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances by the venue/promoter, Peel Manor House will endeavour to give 14 days notice prior to the event date and to process a full refund within 14 days of such circumstances becoming known.
