At our next Spiritual Awareness Group, we’ll be learning the basics of muscle testing - a simple technique you can use to explore intuitive responses and gain greater awareness about yourself and your way forward in life.

Check in with your body to ask what foods are in harmony or
disharmony with you.
Ask yes or no questions and receive answers from your inner
wisdom.
Check an intuitive answer, when your mind is getting in the
way.
Decisions or making choices – check if an option is right for
you.
Learn how to muscle test solo or for another person.
Discover what can get in the way when trying to muscle test for
an answer.
Practise with like-minded people in a relaxed, supportive
environment.
No previous experience needed.
