Music Jamming workshop for beginners

This workshop is designed for those who’ve always wanted to join a jam session but aren't sure how. Whether you’re new to your instrument or just new to group playing, this session will give you the tools and confidence to join in.

What we’ll cover:
- Rhythm Fundamentals – Understand timing, pulse, and how to stay in sync with others
- Ear Training Basics – Start identifying notes and patterns by ear
- Jam-Friendly Scales – Learn simple scales that work in most jam settings
- Playing in Time – Exercises to improve your timing and groove
- Musical Cues & Communication – How to read, give, and respond to non-verbal cues
- Basic Improvisation – Tips and techniques to start creating your own melodies
- Playing Together – Practice making music in a group, with guidance and support

We’ll wrap up with a big, guided jam session where you can put everything into practice. No music theory required.
