Music-Making With Jaqi
Description
Come and make musical magic in the library with Hamilton-based kids' music creator, Jaqi Taimana.
You will discover a colourful range of instruments, dance props and sound-makers for 0 - 9 year olds to explore while we sing some new and known English/te reo Māori songs together, co-create a soundscape for retelling Māori legends and move to the music in our own way (space allowing!).
It's an hour of organised creative chaos and a chance to make noise in a library!
It's free but please kindly register your intention to attend for planning purposes.
Bookings required. Book online at https://www.eventfinda.co.nz/2026/music-making-with-jaqi/manawatu-whanganui/tickets
