Music Meditation is an invitation to slow down, open up the heart and reconnect — with yourself, with community, and with the simple medicine of sound & presence. Guided by Gus Abiz & Nicole Bhakti, this gathering weaves together live music, mantra, gentle breathwork and meditation in a warm and welcoming space for all ages.

Together, we’ll create a space to unwind, soften, sing, receive and simply be.

Expect soothing live instruments, original songs by both Nic & Gus, a blend of grounding practices, chanting, and joyful, heartfelt connection.
