Music Video Essentials Workshops
Description
If you're new to the music video scene, this hands-on workshop is for you. Maybe you're a beginner trying to break in, or perhaps you're a band member who wants to upgrade your videos without spending a fortune.
I want to be real with you. Making a music video often feels huge and complex. You stress about everything: Which camera should I use? How do I set up lights? How do I edit it all together? If you guess wrong, you end up wasting time and money.
We cut through all that complicated noise. We'll give you a clear, simple system for making professional level videos that stand out, all while staying totally budget-friendly.
The Essentials: What You Will Master
In just six hours, we focus on making the process clear and achievable through three core pillars: Structure, Pre-Production, and Execution. You will walk away knowing how to:
the Art of Planning: This is your secret weapon. Learn the simple systems and preparation techniques that eliminate guesswork and stop problems before they even start.
Shoot Smart, Not Fancy: You don't need the latest, most expensive camera. We’ll show you how to use whatever you have: your phone, a GoPro, or an old VHS Camera to create cool, intentional content. The trick is to lean into the device's unique character.
Budget-Proof Editing: Learn how to assemble your footage using free, easily accessible software like DaVinci Resolve. The best part? These techniques apply to any editing software out there.
Boost Your Confidence: By the end, you'll be completely confident in the entire video creation process, ready to tackle your next video without hesitation.
Hands-On & Interactive
This isn't just sitting and listening! We make it fun and interactive. You'll get practical experience, see the concepts visually come together, and get a true feel for what it's like on a working set, including shooting a live band!
