For ages 5-8
An introduction to Singing, Ukulele and Violin in a round-robin style, try each instrument, learn the basics and meet our teachers.
Singing - A no-barriers-to-entry instrument for everyone! ORC Early Childhood Music expert, Samantha Bartholomeusz, will give an introductory lesson to her ever-popular 'Little Singers' program
Violin - One of the most popular instruments to learn from a young age, violin for young beginners provides clear pathways into other string family instruments such as Cello, Viola and Double Bass. Learn the fundamentals with Carmel Follent.Â
Ukulele -Â Ukulele is one of the most accessible instruments for kids, learning chords, melodies and basic music theory can be made easy on the Ukelele. Come along to learn the very basics, sing a song and meet our wonderful Ukulele guru Stephen Somerville.

Schedule (This is an event where we recommend Parents/guardians simply drop off and pick up. Our facility is not large enough for all parents/guardians to stay)
1.30pm Arrival and registrations
1:40pm Round Robin of Beginner Strings, Little Singers and Ukulele
2:45pm Afternoon Tea (Please pack snacks for child)
3.00pm What's this sound and Story timeÂ
4.00pm Children pick up (Teachers will be around if you have any questions about the programs)
