Event description
𝑴𝑼𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 links up with 𝑫𝑱 𝑷𝑮𝒁' 𝑬𝒄𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑴𝒐𝒃 to throw our first proper co-op hoon and we've invited all our local favourites to celebrate 👹
𝑬𝒄𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑴𝒐𝒃 is 𝑫𝑱 𝑷𝑮𝒁 newly minted project, championing Paul's peers and mates that are pushing boundaries in club music. 𝑬𝒄𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄 𝑴𝒐𝒃 are coming in fresh off a hot takeover at Strawberry Fields Festival - all high-impact, left-field dance music! 𝑴𝑼𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 is Misc's own freak child day-2-night of raucous, body-moving bass bangers. Together we've co-envisioned, co-curated, and co-produced an extended day-2-night hoon -- feels big to have our longest running party collating with a DJ and community icon who's been a staple at the venue from the outset.
Hoon conductor 𝑫𝑱 𝑷𝑮𝒁 gears up for a rare b2b with laptop purist & local Budots pioneer 𝐊𝐮𝐲𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐥, a booking we've been working to re-surface for literal years. The duo are some of the only DJs to have played in Miscellania's rare "forbidden hours", with a legendary 5-7am b2b happening in the first week of proper trade at Misc before the feds curtailed our license. Gear up for round two 😈
Two of the finest and most dedicated selectors around 𝐄𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧𝐞 and 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 step up for a bass-storm b2b, premiered at the Sydney Opera House last year. Slippery grooves and raucous frequencies to make the subs rattle.
𝐀𝐭𝐫𝐨's 𝑴𝑼𝑻𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺 debut in 2024 was so unreal we just had to bring him back for another round - the fastest hands on the east coast, producer of iconic Western Sydney grim duo 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐒𝐞𝐭, and one of the most beloved cult DJs on the circuit.
Deepbass provocateur 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐲𝐚 moves low frequencies at a perfectly measured pace, eliminating chinstrokers with bassweight and sending the girlies to the dancefloor with deep dubstep for your lower half. Long overdue Misc Sundays debut!
Crown prince 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐞 picks slo-mo bass cuts on the Misc Rooftop from early on; while 𝐋𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐲𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐞 brings the sexiest dubstep, grime, and rap cuts to the mid-arvo sunshine -- all alongside a rooftop cookup from 𝑴𝙖𝒕𝙞𝒔𝙨𝒆 of 𝐖𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧' 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝. Yes chef!
$20 presales available now via Humanitix! Lesssgoooo!
