Best to arrive around 6pm to give time to find a space, setup and attend briefing and countdown to the start.

We will be providing a limited number of Marquees shelters, runners may bring their own shelter, HOWEVER, it must be approved and comply with our permit requirements, if in doubt check with the organiser. If a structure does not meet the permit requirements it will not be possible to erect it, so if in doubt please check. Additionally the location for runners shelters must be approved by the organiser, you must not erect it without checking for an approved location

Don't be late, NO LATE STARTERS PERMITTED, you must be in the starting pen at least 15 seconds prior to the hour.
