MWDI HineBoss™ is a 3-day wānanga designed to equip wāhine Māori with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to successfully launch, manage, or refine a small to medium-sized business.

Programme Format:
MWDI HineBoss™ is delivered online over three days, with structured 2-hour sessions running twice daily:

Friday – Sunday

Morning Session: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

By the end of this wānanga, you’ll have developed new business skills, completed at least 80% of your business plan, and connected with a supportive network of like-minded wāhine entrepreneurs.
