My Housing Options Statewide Information Session - People with disability - Online

This workshop supports people with disability and/or their families to work through the My Housing Options workbook and toolkit and better understand their housing situation, priorities, and future options.

What you’ll learn  

In this workshop, you will:  

• think about what you want and need in a home  

• learn about your housing rights and choices  

• explore housing options and supports you may need  

• understand the building blocks for planning your housing journey and make a plan for the future  

• use visual tools, digital stories and activities to support your journey.  

• The session is interactive. There will be breakout rooms and activities.  

About the workshop  

This workshop is interactive, accessible, and focused on practical steps. 

It is suitable for people at different stages of their housing journey, whether you are just starting to think about housing or reviewing your existing arrangements. 

Families, carers and supporters are welcome to attend.
