Description

My Many Coloured Days is a playful drama workshop for children aged 8-11 and their parents or caregivers inspired by Dr Seuss’ book ‘My Many Coloured Days’.  The book, and the workshop, explore our emotions - how we recognise them, how we name them together, and how we can learn to respond well to all the different emotions that pass through us.  This workshop will include drama games and plenty of play.  It will also offer an opportunity for you and your child(ren) to develop shared language, understanding and responses to the big feelings that kids and adults all face.

Come as you are - or, if you're feeling inspired, wear something colourful!

Facilitated by Miranda Warner, Hikitia! RISE
