Join me in my warm and welcoming home studio for a Sunday morning that's a bit different, a bit special. A Sunday like no other anywhere else right now, a Sunday that we all need right now.

Arrive empty-handed, choose your cocoon, and relax.

We will start the session with a meditation to still the monkey mind and then get to know the instruments.
You will have a chance to practice playing, and then we head straight into playing for each other.
One person will lay in their cocoon while the group uses the instruments, touch, oils, and perhaps a singing voice to gently nurture the receiver.

This then becomes a form of group healing.

When it comes to healing, what you give, you get back tenfold, so don't be surprised if you enjoy being the one to give more than the one to receive.

Everything will be supplied, including:
Light snacks and drinks
Yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows, bolsters, etc.
Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, etc.

Just be.
Hold space.
Be held.
Give.
Receive.
Trust.
Love.

Leave feeling calm, nurtured, and whole again.
Leave feeling as though no matter what life threw at you, you'll be OK.
Leave feeling as though everything is right in the world.
