The days are broken up into 3 main sessions to prepare us for living our best life despite the troubles we may face.
On Saturday, we focus on ‘MY FOOD’ Knowing where our food comes from, growing it or eating it, we need nutritious & clean food.
Next we look at ‘MY SECURITY’
How do we protect ourselves from threats of fire 🔥, cyber & financial concerns. How prepared are you if you have to leave or shelter in a hurry & would you be ok in an emergency?
On Sunday, we take a look at our mental & emotional wellbeing with the focus on ‘MYSELF’.
