From August 2025, providers have been able to transition from using Provider Digital Access (PRODA) to using myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM), providing a more secure way to access the NDIS provider portals.

Access to the NDIS provider portals via PRODA is now discontinued and all providers are required to use myID and Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).

In this session we will:

Deliver an overview of myID and RAM, with information on the key changes for all providers.
Provide an opportunity for Q&A.

When you register, you will receive a meeting link as well as information on the steps to transition to myID and RAM, including helpful resources via email. This will be sent the day before the session.

It is recommended you review the information in the email, prior to attending to ensure you get the most of the session.

Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams, and are offered over multiple dates to allow flexibility for attendees.
Log in details will be sent to the email address you provide at registration, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly when registering.
Registrations not requiring accessibility supports close one business day prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out.
Registrations requiring accessibility supports close five business days prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out to allow time for bookings.
