Hi there, I’m Sylvia, and I am passionate about helping people find pain relief and calmness through Myo Yin Yoga. Like many, I suffered from chronic neck and back pain, spending countless dollars on massages and physiotherapy. It wasn’t until I discovered Myo Yin—blending myofascial release with Yin Yoga—that I finally found significant tension relief and deep relaxation. Now, I’m dedicated to sharing these healing practices with others, so they too can feel lighter and have a calm state of mind.
