It’s Tamale Time! 🌽🎉
Once November rolls around, there’s only one thing on everyone’s mind—tamales! As one of San Antonio’s most beloved foods, we thought it was time to give the people what they really want: a true Tamale Throwdown!

🍴 Up to 15 tamale vendors will go head-to-head for the title of Crowd Favorite—and you get to be the judge! Your ticket includes all the tamales you can handle, plus complimentary Topo Chicos to wash them down.
But that’s not all:
College Football tailgating so you won’t miss a second of the game
Face painting & activities to keep the kids entertained
And… the first-ever MySA Tamale Eating Competition. Think you have what it takes to out-eat the rest? This is your chance to prove it!
Come hungry and ready for an afternoon full of food, fun, football, and—most importantly—TAMALES! 🌟
