This event will be seated using chairs & tables.

> Notepad / Journal & Pen
> Vest / T-Shit or Long Sleeves that can be rolled up
> If you require extra comfort items please bring them along with you e.g back support pillows
> Eat prior to the event / Feel free to bring snacks if you need them

Paula will be educating you on the essential oils and the benefits they can provide for your well-being and skin - you can write this all down to remember.
Abbie will be teaching you simple and effective self-massaging techniques as well as offering a mini stress-relieving soothing hand massage.
