Wouldn’t it be delightful to experience a deeper level of freedom and authenticity when communicating with others?

To be honest, this has been one of my major life challenges. I have struggled to feel comfortable in my own skin when sharing myself with others who I don't know. This uncomfortability took me on a journey to explore:

What is it in life that truly matters to me?

What am I willing to stand for and be known as? and

Who am I beyond the masks that I use to keep me safe in the world?

Often an inner tension exists between, I am both yearning to share more of who I truly am with myself and others, while feeling afraid of being judged and criticised for revealing and sharing my true nature. Can you relate to this?

Being in the centre of the spot light and feeling exposed to the gaze of others can feel edgy. Questions that arise in the periphery of awareness are, what will others think? Will I be accepted? Will I do a good job?

At the core of this is a need in creating a sense of safety and belonging, when engaging with people who are unfamiliar. Over the last 15 years I have felt a strong drive to explore the bottomless pits of truthful self expression and the interplay of how it is received by others. How can I communicate my inner world to others in a meaningful way? How can I access and share the wisdom and innate intelligence that lies within me? How can I create safety and security within myself regardless of the outer world environment?

The energy that I radiate & my body language makes up 85% of the subconscious communication that happens instantly between people. 10% is tone of voice, with only 5% being my choice of words. So much communication with others is in the unspoken feeling domain.

I am passionate and committed to exploring how we as people can be more comfortable within our own skin and dare explore and reveal more of who I truly am. What magical moments of connection or wisdom are possible in such circumstances? The only way to find out is to be willing to enter into the unknown and have enough courage and curiosity to explore what is possible.

New frontiers are never forged when doing the same thing over and over again. A new possibility of change arises when being willing to meet your inner edge.

I invite those who are interested to explore the wisdom and truth that is present within you and to express this in a meaningful way to others. Who will you become as you embark on this journey? Why is this event called mystical self expression?

This event will primarily focus on using the spoken word to communicate your inner reality experience, however I will be opening it up to other forms of communication such as movement and sound which transcend logic and reason. Art is an effective way to access new inner domains where no known reference points are easily available.

This space will honour both the right brain and left brain ways of sharing a message or story with others.

What makes this event different is that I will be using games as a way to facilitate transformation and meeting your edge. Don’t remain the worlds greatest hidden secret. Give yourself the opportunity to have a more congruent relationship with your inner and outer world self-expression experience.
