Mythbusting LGBTQIA+ End of Life Care

End of life care should feel safe for everyone. There are unique challenges and questions that many LGBTQIA+ people face in end of life planning so we're here to empower you with resources on how to support your end of life planning.
This is a safe space for questions and helping others learn more. We expect that all attendees respect each others' questions, choices and identities. Leave any judgement at the door and please be mindful of everyone's privacy by not sharing any experiences within this session unless you have permission to.
Please note: Photos may be taken on the night and if you'd like to not be in any photos we completely understand. Please feel free to opt out and let the person taking photos know. 

6pm | Nibbles & Trivia: Myths and truths around aged care and end of life care for LGBTQIA+ people, your rights, & your options. Learn some helpful info and have some nibbles provided by us! (If you'd like to have more for dinner, feel free to order your own meals and drinks with the lovely staff at The Vine Hotel on the night at your own cost.)

7pm | End of Life Q&A Panel: Ask trained end of life workers about how you can best advocate for your care. You can submit questions for the panel ahead of the session here: https://form.typeform.com/to/LX8Isbeb

7.30pm | Wrap up: Network and chat! If you are shy, feel free to either grab contact details/business cards/flyers or ask our panel members questions away from the crowd. We will make space for you. 💖
