MyTime is a peer-to-peer support group designed for parents of children with developmental delays, autism, and disabilities aged 0 to 18 years. It focuses on empowering parents by enhancing their capacity, confidence, and skills, while offering a safe, nurturing space to connect with and learn from others. Above all, it's about having fun! MyTime groups are led by our local ACT expert, Jane Brownbill.

This event is specifically designed for parents and carers of children with disabilities (ages 0-18). Take some time to unwind and engage in a fun DIY workshop while your little ones enjoy arts and crafts activities to keep them entertained.

Light refreshments will be provided.
