Return to Routine: Virtual MyTime
Event description
After a long holiday break, getting back into regular routines can be tough for both children and parents.Â
Join this MyTime peer group to explore practical tips and strategies for easing back into regular schedules, managing changes, and supporting everyone’s emotional well-being during the adjustment. You’ll hear ideas for managing sleep transitions, reducing stress, and finding support to make the process as smooth as possible.Â
There will be opportunities to ask questions, share your experiences, and learn creative solutions for navigating the return to routine.Â
