Whether your child is a sensory seeker, or avoider, making changes to the environment can be calming for their senses and support regulation. Have you created a sensory-friendly environment at your home or in the community?

Join this peer group discussion to share what has worked for your child and hear the experience of others. There will be opportunities to ask questions and share ideas.

This event is facilitated by Kylie

Kylie is a mum to two amazing neurodiverse school-aged kids. Her family lives the day to day journey of what a medical and disability diagnosis means.

Kylie is an experienced Peer Facilitator and also mentors and supports families with evidence-based, child-led, strengths-focused, mindfulness and growth mindset approaches. She believes this encourages, not only her own, but all children to thrive and flourish.

Who is this event for?

MyTime is for parents and caregivers raising a child with disability, developmental delay or Autism.

During a MyTime session, there is a guided discussion and a space to connect with other families. These discussions offer an opportunity for parents and caregivers to share and learn from each other.
