Some days can feel like too much. Emotions run high, energy runs low and even small things can feel harder to manage.

But taking a moment for yourself can make a big difference. It can help you recharge and face the rest of the day.

This Virtual MyTime session is a chance to connect with other parents and carers and talk about what helps on hard days.

Share your experiences and talk about things like:

What a hard day looks and feels like for you

Ways to pause when things feel like too much

Things that help you feel calm or refreshed

Making space for yourself without adding more pressure

How connecting with others can help

This is an online peer group

Guided by a facilitator who is a peer, with space to hear from families, share your own experiences, or just listen.

This peer group discussion is not recorded, to respect and protect participants’ privacy.
