Every child has strengths that deserve to be seen and celebrated. Too often, the world focuses on what’s hard instead of what’s beautiful, capable, or unique. This session invites us to pause and see our children through a different lens, one that starts with what’s strong, not what’s missing.

Together, we’ll talk about how noticing and nurturing strengths can build confidence, connection, and joy, and how that simple shift can change the way others see and respond to our children.

In this peer group we’ll explore:
• Ways to recognise and nurture your child’s strengths
• How focusing on strengths supports confidence, wellbeing, and connection
• How a strengths-based lens can shape conversations with family, school, and community

This group is facilitated by Emily
Emily is a parent of two, with her eldest identified as Gifted, ADHD and Autistic. She walks alongside other parents with kindness, encouraging self-compassion and honouring the uniqueness of every family’s journey.
