Welcome to the Na Djurali Circle,

We have created the Na Djurali Circle to help you to deepen your connection with yourself and each other, to help you all as we navigate these times of change and uncertainty.

Each session will last for 1 hour 15mis and will include a mix of traditional First Nations and mindfulness practices to ground us before we connect, share and listen around the virtual campfire.

The Na Djurali Circle will be guided by Dharug and Gubbi Gubbi Nations cultural man Stuart McMinn and Alan Riva a student of Presence for over 25 years.
