And a deeply immersive sound bath experience featuring ancient Egyptian flutes, cello, voice, crystal bowls, gong, drums, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and more.

Meet your hosts

This sound healing will be facilitated by Jen McCrea, founder of Nāda Sound Spa — a classically trained cellist and pianist, accredited sound bath facilitator, and internationally recognised leadership coach — alongside her partner Adam, a masterful flute player, best-selling author, and relationship therapist.

Together, their soundscape is a tapestry of sacred flutes, ancient instruments, and healing frequencies.

All water, cacao cups, yoga mats, pillows, and luxury blankets are provided.

For this event, you will be sitting and laying on yoga mats for the duration of the experience. Shoes are removed upon entry.
