Hello angels. Come... let's rest...I've been waiting to take you to the void space...and don't worry I got you, we're journeying there together...

Nāda Yoga is the yoga of sound, the primordial vibration underlying all of existence. In this unique sound journey I will channel an otherworldly, ancestral multi-instrument soundscape to drop you into a dreamstate.

Using mantra, intuitive voice, crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, rain drum, rainstick and elemental percussion, this ethereal sound experience will take you on a journey from earth to ether. As your awareness tunes to vibration, your nervous system will soften, your mind will quiet and your body will gently return its purest state of rest.

No experience is needed. Simply come, lie down, and allow the sounds to carry you into a spacious state of relaxation, reflection and subtle connection.
