Nahui Ollin / Mixed Circle
Event description
Tlazocamti Brother/Sister
Welcome to Nahui Ollin /Mixed Circle, a sacred space where you can breathe deeply, and be your authentic self. In a world that often values productivity over presence, we're creating a Space where you can slow down, tune in, and connect with others on a meaningful level.
Join us for an intimate gathering where you'll be invited to explore your emotions, share your story, and bear witness to others without fear of judgment. Our intention is to create a safe and supportive community where you can:
- Release emotional burdens and tap into your inner wisdom
- Cultivate vulnerability and authenticity in a supportive environment
- Develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and resilience.
Who is this for?
This gathering is open to anyone who wishes to connect, express themselves freely, and be heard in a safe and non-judgmental space. In our circle there are no roles, no masks—just presence, authenticity, and support.
What to expect?
Opening with a short guided meditation.
Sharing Circle: a space to speak, listen, and be witnessed with respect.
A Mini-Sound Healing Journey to integrate what arises.
Closing in gratitude and community connection.
Why a circle?
Circles are ancestral spaces where each voice holds value. Sitting in a circle reminds us of our equality, our shared humanity, and the healing power of listening and being heard.
What to bring?
An intention you wish to share or explore.
A pillow to comfortable sit on.
Comfortable clothing.
A blanket and a cushion if you’d like to lie down during the sound journey.
