NAIDOC Family Fun day

Murin Gari Gin present our first NAIDOC Family Fun Day.

Bringing the community together to celebrate NAIDOC 2026 on Garumngar

Country aligned with the theme this year of Celebrating 50 years of Deadly.

Our event will take place nestled amongst the hills of Mt. Samson in the

beautiful bushland known as Kupidabin Wilderness

Join us for a day of celebration and connection.

Traditional Dance, Language, Weaving, Treasure Hunt, Collective art project, Outdoor games, Arts & Crafts tent, Face Painting, Nana Magic Kids show, Kori from A2B Movement and more!

Food is supplied on the day and drinks will be available for purchase.

Please bring hats and water bottles and anything else you need to feel comfortable on the day.

This is a FREE family event & every ticket comes with a free lucky door ticket for you to go into the running to win a lucky door prize.

Bring your coins on the day to purchase raffle tickets to go into the draw for more prizes.

Parking: Parking is available on site but please ensure to leave as many spots close to the building/long house as possible for elders and those with accessibility needs, Street parking is also available, we recommend where possible carpooling.
