Event description

Experience an immersive performance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island cultures through interactive dance, song, stories and language.

Majeda will present and demonstrate various instruments, artifacts and costumes specific to each culture. She will also share the importance of ochre and the significance of the body paint designs in Aboriginal culture.

This event is aimed at children aged 5-12 years with an accompanying parent or guardian

NAIDOC Week is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about First Nations cultures and histories and participate in celebrations of the oldest, continuous living cultures on earth. This year's theme is The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy.
