NAIDOC Week 2026 – Craft Activities

In recognition of NAIDOC Week, the Shire is hosting craft activities designed to deepen understanding and appreciation of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

Welcoming children 8 to 12 years of age.

Register your child for the desired session – there is a limit of 20 children per session.

Session 1: Nature Bracelets

Design a nature bracelet using native bush flora

Session 2: Scratch Art Sheets

Scratch directly onto the black board surface and your drawings will appear in Indigenous inspired colours
