A Year-End Body Ritual for Women

Please note: this is an 18+ naked yoga workshop for women.

Close the year with grace. In this candle-lit women’s circle, you’ll gently release the body stories, perfectionism, and self-criticism that no longer serve you—and reclaim a kinder, braver relationship with your body for the year ahead. Expect deep nourishment, tender honesty, and powerful ritual in a safe, intimate space.

What makes this special

Ritual, not routine: A once-a-year ceremony designed to close loops and start fresh.
Safe, softly lit, and private: We sit in a circle (no lights, candle-lit, gentle and non-intrusive).
Beginner-friendly embodiment: Slow, sensual* yoga and guided breath to melt tension and come home to your body.
Real connection: Sharing, witnessing, and consent-led practices that build sisterhood.
Leave lighter: You’ll craft a personal Body Vow and leave with aftercare tools to integrate gently.
*Sensual = mindful, body-honouring; this is not sexual.

Clear safety/consent agreements (opt-in nudity; re-robe anytime; default is no touch)
Theme teaching: Release what weighs you down. Reclaim what lights you up.
Sharing circle (no advice, no fixing—just presence)

Closing ceremony & Body Vow card
Aftercare & integration tips (to avoid the “vulnerability hangover”)

Who it’s for

Women (18+) who want a gentle reset—whether you’re feeling disconnected from your body or simply ready to deepen self-respect, pleasure, and trust. First-timers warmly welcomed.

Safety & consent (read me)

Everything on this night is an invitation. Everything is on YOUR terms.

Default = no touch. If touch (like a hug) is desired, we ask clearly and respect Yes/No.
Confidentiality is sacred. Share your story, not your sister’s.
Pregnant or managing injury? Modifications are offered (no deep twists/compressions).

What to bring

Yoga mat + towel/sarong (to cover your mat)
Robe/kimono or sarong to arrive/change into
Water bottle
Journal + pen (optional)
A small item for the altar (crystal, flower, photo—take home after)

Tickets: $115
Capacity is intimate—please book early.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable—gift or resell to another woman and email us the new womens details. If the event is postponed, your ticket is either refunded or automatically transfers to a future workshop.
