What do these Uvagai people actually do?

Well, we do a lot of things. But there are a few things we think we’re really good at. Bringing people together, helping them make friends, sharing plenty of laughs, and having a great time over a very good meal. ❤️

And that is exactly what Nambi Vaanga is about.

This is not your 9+1 sort of formal, boring networking event. 😴 No awkward introductions. No putting you on the spot. No pressure of figuring out how to walk up to a room full of strangers and start a conversation.

That part is our job.

Our job is to create a relaxed space where you can simply come as you are, meet new faces, share some laughs and leave with new connections.

Your job?

Just bring yourself. We’ll take care of the rest. 😌

And obviously, if it’s an Uvagai event, we can’t invite you over without feeding you properly. 🍛

On the menu:

🍗 Chennai-style Chicken Biryani
🌱 Veg Biryani (of course, for our vegetarian and vegan friends)
🌶️ Soya Varuval
🥣 All the accompaniments you’d expect alongside a proper Chennai-style biryani
🍞 And to finish it off, our very own signature Bread Halwa! 🤤

Come alone. Come with a friend. Come knowing five people. Come knowing absolutely nobody.

But by the time you leave, hopefully that number looks a little different.
