Nannup Women Wellbeing
Description
Nannup Women Wellbeing
Supporting holistic wellbeing through learning and connection
Nannup Women Wellbeing is a (free) six-part workshop series bringing local women together to explore wellbeing in a practical, meaningful and holistic way.
Throughout the series, we will take a journey through four interconnected areas of wellbeing:
Mind • Body • Connection • Self
Together, we'll explore how these different areas of our lives influence one another, while learning practical tools and strategies that can support our wellbeing in everyday life.
The series will explore topics including stress, mindfulness, self-compassion, sleep, rest and recovery, nourishment, movement, social connection, values, purpose and spiritual health.
Each workshop provides an opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect with other women in the community.
Whether you are looking to learn more about wellbeing, take some time to reflect, try new strategies or simply connect with other local women, this series is about creating space to explore what wellbeing looks like for you.
All women are welcome. Come along for the full six-part journey or join us for the sessions that interest you.
Hosted by Shealie at the Nannup Community Resource Centre, for 6 fortnightly Fridays at 11am-12pm, beginning Friday 4th September.
