Set on the shores of the famously blue Wagonga Inlet, the Long Table Dinner is a memorable experience and popular event on the festival program.

While the theme for 2021 has not been decided, our aim for your experience is to reconnect to the pristine waterways where our oysters are grown and the land from which we harvest our food. A nod to the term “merroir” as coined by the oyster industry, you’ll learn more about this concept on the night.
