Event description
From the time humans stepped on to these islands, the land has shaped who we are as a people. The opening of the Wao Summit sets the scene for the week ahead in Wānaka and explores the narrative from the beginning of our history with this place.

The Wao Summit is a six day annual event held in Wānaka. Its aim is to inspire, educate and enable our transition as a community and nation to a healthy, thriving, diverse, carbon zero community.
