    Join us for an evening of piano works by American women composers! To include pieces by: Amy Beach, Shulamit Ran, Lauryn Bomse, Margaret Bonds, Natasha Stojanovska, and Carmen - Helena Tellez. 


    Natasha Stojanovska, Macedonian Pianist and Composer has recently released her Debut CD Album “Uncommon Voices” exploring music by Eastern European Women Composers with Navona Records. Most recently she was Featured Artist and guest curator at the Classical Music Indy. He upcoming CD Album ”Uncommon Voices, Part II: American Women Composers” received a precious grant by the Chicago’s Musicians Club of Women. Some of Ms. Stojanovska’s most recent performances include the Princeton and Ear Taxi Music Festivals as well as the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts, Henry Fogel’s music series. Ms. Stojanovska completed her Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance and Music Theory at Northwestern University, Chicago IL in the studio of James Giles, as a Program Honor Recipient. She received her Artist Diploma and Master of Music in Piano Performance from Indiana University with Alexander Toradze and Ketevan Badridze; Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Lynn Conservatory of Music with Roberta Rust. Ms. Stojanovska has performed solo and chamber music recitals in France, Portugal, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, South Korea, Haiti and the United States. Ms. Stojanovska performed at the prestigious, Gilmore Piano Festival and was a Composition and Piano Consultant for Renee Fleming, Metropolitan Opera Star and Patricia Barber’s, Jazz celebrity, song project. She also collaborated with internationally acclaimed musicians including, Molly Barth, Shulamit Ran, Carmen-Helena Tellez, Nathan Gunn, among others. Ms. Stojanovska is currently a staff member at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, while maintain a performing career. In addition to her solo career, she has a piano duo with her sister, Marina Stojanovska, known as “The Stojanovska Sisters.” The duo was a three-time First Prize Winner of the Macedonia State Competition and they have been performing together as a duo for 25 years, across the United States and Europe.
