National Lutheran Principal Conference 2024

The 2024 National Lutheran Principal Conference promotes spiritual and professional growth among principals through studies and discussion on Lutheran theology, wellbeing, and education, whilst providing a forum for mutual sharing. Fostering collegiality among principals, promoting a greater sense of unity, and increasing awareness of their common purpose, has proven to have a profound effect on the success and wellbeing of Lutheran principals Australia wide. Through a greater awareness of the mission and ministry of the Lutheran Church of Australia and the role of Lutheran schools within that context, the conference provides opportunity to increase leadership capacity for Lutheran leaders, both from within schools and regional offices, as we come together to explore this year’s theme - Still Waters Running Deep.
