Event description

Join us in Clarence for a High Tea to celebrate National Palliative Care Week! Palliative Care Tasmania is excited to be partnering with Clarence City Council and Rokeby Neighborhood House to host a FREE National Palliative Care Week High Tea event that will bring together service providers and community members to connect and discuss the importance of palliative care.

This event is open to the public and is an opportunity for anyone interested in palliative care to come and learn more about the resources available to them. Whether you are a healthcare provider, caregiver, or simply a community member who wants to learn more about end-of-life care, this event is for you.

The session will include presentations from various palliative care service providers in Tasmania. This will be followed by a panel discussion, where attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with the guest panelists.

Join us for this event to learn more about how we can work together to provide compassionate care to those in need.

Don't miss this chance to connect with other community members and service providers in the palliative care community.
